  1. This screen is the main Menu for the General Ledger
  2.  
  3. Opts are A-L or Q for QUIT. "Q" returns you to DOS
  4.  
  5. Opt "A" (Heading Entry) allows entry of codes for major account groups
  6. Opt "B" (Report Levels) allows you to group major account groups by type
  7. Opt "C" (Accounts Modifications) allows you to enter and modify Accounts.
  8. Opt "D" (General Ledger Reports) accesses a menu of reports.
  9. Opt "E" (Enter Journals) allows you to make Journal Entries
  10. Opt "F" (Enter Bank Deposits) allows you to record Bank Deposits
  11. Opt "G" (Cheque Requisitions) allows you to record Cheque Requisitions
  12. Opt "H" (Petty Cash Requisitions) allows you to record Petty Cash Requ's
  13. Opt "I" (Post Transactions) used to post transactions recorded through the
  14.     four previous options
  15. Opt "J" (End of Period Processing) closes an accounting period.
  16. Opt "K" (Banking Menu) accesses a menu of options for the maintenance of bank
  17.     and cheque accounts (incl. reports)
  18. Opt "L" (Extended Opts) accesses a menu of support utilities
